EXOHEAL

VET EX MACHINA, in collaboration with Organogen, a Cyprus-based biomedical start-up, is testing a novel exosome-based wound dressing. The aim of the project is to produce advanced, personalised wound repair biomaterials for non-healing cutaneous wounds for human and veterinary patients.

The project employs novel isolation methods of extracellular vesicles and preparation of personalised biomaterial carriers, applied on veterinary patients requiring wound healing support.
